No. Partners develop their own business and manage their own mandates. Spear provides the platform, brand, and infrastructure; it does not guarantee work, clients, placements, or income.
How are partner earnings defined?+
The earnings split and exactly how earnings are calculated, including fees, expenses, and timing, are set out in a written partner agreement before any financial terms apply.
