These terms govern your use of the Spear Executive Partners website and online workspace. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The website describes our executive search, leadership and succession, business transformation and AI leadership advisory services. Information on the site is general and does not form an offer. Every client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

We work with organizations and do not offer career placement services to individual job seekers.

Some areas of the site are available only to approved clients, partner recruiters and our team. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, put confidential information at risk, or are no longer needed.

Mandates, candidate profiles, client details and commercial terms you see in the workspace are confidential. You may use them only for the engagement they relate to, and you may not copy, share or retain them beyond what that work requires.

Partner recruiters work with us under a separate partner agreement that sets out responsibilities, standards and compensation. Approval to join the network is at our discretion. Earnings illustrations on the site are for guidance only; actual payouts follow the partner agreement.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its security or performance, submitting false or misleading information, uploading harmful code, or collecting information about other users.

The Spear name, logo, website design and content belong to Spear Executive Partners. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, modify or use our brand or content commercially without our written permission.

You may choose to sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a written engagement agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page.
